Just wondering if CAO has anything new coming to market in the future? I enjoy the Americas and love the MX2s.

anything new from CAO, I dunno....the last thing they came out with was the America series...

smokinpoke and KASR tried the new Americas last weekend and I know my KASR looooves the MX2s (he just bought a box).
I didn't try the Americas and the MX2s are still too strong for my palette to finished the whole stogie. Sometimes KASR shares with me, aw.

Re: Anything new on the horizon?

Thanks for the kind words and support.

I've been with CAO since 1996, and trust me--there's one thing you can always count on--and that is that there is ALWAYS "something new on the horizon!" ;^)

One of the most exciting and gratifying things we get to be involved in is the process of taking a mere concept from an idea all the way to fruition as a tangible product--one that, hopefully, many people will enjoy!

2008 will be our 40th Anniversary (CAO was founded in 1968 by Cano A. Ozgener), so I promise you--we are coming B-I-G!

I met Tim at the Tinderbox in Metairie in Sept. He mentioned the possibility of a cigar made with Louisiana grown tobacco. Anything more on that?

Re: Anything new on the horizon?

Nothing in the works involving perique....but ya just neva know! I've seen Tim do some really 'out-of-the-box' things with tobaccos that weren't deemed popular (at the time) amongst the cigar 'cognoscenti'--and made it work.
