Re: CAO Gold: Behind-the-Scenes with Tim Ozgener

i actually just recently smoked a CAO gold (forgot the size the big one ). it was a really nice really smooth cigar. it was at about 1 1/4 inches when it ashed itself the first time (which got on me) then i let it get to about 3/4 then ashed it myself (i know i know). For a 6/7 dollar cigar i was quite happy with my purchase. close to the final i had a huge urge to smoke a cig so i did something most people would never do. I would inhale the cig then puff on the cigar without inhaling the cig. it was actually quite nice i a got a really nice buzz from it not the omg i cant move buzz but a nice relaxing buzz. the best part is, is when i exhauled my cig it tasted like my cigar and not shitty tobacco.

overall i would rate it a 7.25 out of 10. definitly worth the 6 or 7 bucks.

those CAO karat's he is talking about at the end are EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. my buddy picked up a tin of those for 12 bucks and he let my gf and i each have one. They were once again, extremely smooth a very strong taste of vanilla and creme with almost a spicy finish. its a really nice smoke for say a lunch break or something. you get 5 little cigars for 12 bucks. pick up a tin every week for lunch breaks at work or something. its worth it!

Thanks for the video. I love CAO Golds, they are very mild and easy to smoke. I wish I had all of those boxes.

I really enjoyed this presentation. Tim was very relaxed and made it feel like he was conversing with me. This CAO line was one of my fist memorable cigar experiences that had me searching for my next gold. Over the past year I have been fortunate enough to have purchased 3 boxes of the Gold 10 Year Anniversary Perfectos, 2 of which I still have and cherish. Yes..buttery and to me a hint of toasty fresh baked bread.

A question? Does the current Gold Perfecto strive to duplicate the flavor profile of the 10th Anniversary cigar?

Thanks, I look forward to the next video presentation.

Re: CAO Gold: Behind-the-Scenes with Tim Ozgener

I just met Tim and a few others from CAO at an event in Houston and they are all a class act. The place was packed (4-500 people/customer appreciation party) unbelievable, but each one of them took the time to talk about their product and it was apparent the passion they have for what they do. Never once did they say a negative thing about the competition which there is plenty of. I picked up a box of the Cameroon aniversario and the Soprano's edition and I am very pleased. Both very different smokes but nice. Thanks to Tim and his crew for making the event one to remember...
