Ususally, construction is the least of my worries. If you happen to smoke another of my cigars and this happens again, take it back to your B&M. Any store worth their salt will replace it - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Very good smokes. I've had 6 or 7 different ones and have been quite happy w/them all. Sorry for your mishaps Bruddah Buttah, but I can see where one may throw in the towel.

I had a CG4 the other day. I picked it up at one of my local shops, and lit it up immediately. It was GREAT! I have had a few illusiones and the CG4 is my favorite so far. Dion, you do a GREAT job with these smokes. I am officially an illusione whore...

Wow Londan that sucks. But I am really surprised about it, While I haven't smoked a ton of them I have smoked enough that if I thought they had a problem with consistency I would of had a bad one by now. Hopefully the rest you have wil smoke just fine and that will cause you to try them again. Good luck!

Like Frank said I have yet to have a problem with them except once and I have had at least a box of cg4's and #2's not to mention countless other sizes.

I did notice a big major problem on the ECCJ I had. I noticed that when you smoked the cigar down to within the last 3/4" of the cigar that my fingertips and lips started to burn. You need to do something about this DION. An Illusione Pipe would be my suggestion.
