Those sound awesome. I had always thought those cigars were purely for novelty! I've had several V's (enjoyed them all) and will certainly be trying to find any culebra first of all, but a V Culebra when possible!

I would love to try a culebra -- the lancero has been a favoite of mine for a while now. I need to put age on the ones I have. That's it...I'm going for a cigar run tomorrow if we dont get flooded by Eduardo. Daniel is this the only lancero you like? or are there others? Just curious.

The V Culebra was given to shops that did the Serie V launch events in 2007. Each shop was allocated a certain amount of boxes of V Culebra's. Each box had I believe 5-6 coffins, each with one Culebra. As far as if they'll be released again, I don't believe so, but I may be wrong. Maybe Dave can shed some light on this?

Million bucks, eh Stogie? I may have to pop one out of the box and fire it up. They've been sitting for a few months now. Seems like I've taken one with me to the last few herfs, but then I always pass it up for something else. I'll need to test out your theory soon!

I just got my backordered Lanceros from CI this weekend. Not sure I am going to make it two weeks to let them rest. Too tasty!

It's hard to beat a good lancero.

I'm with you Stogie. Smoke the V lancero has really had be seeking out other lanceros. I made the mistake of trying a toro size V just to compare. It was no where close to having the same flavor. The LFD Double Ligero is another great smoke ... though not as inexpensive.

I had a V lancero last night. The draw was way to tight to enjoy.

Just had my first Serie V Lancero, I had really liked the torpedo but now I think I will agree with alot of you the V Lancero may be the best incarnation of this blend.

Do you have any boxes of the lanceros with older box dates? I've been looking for some some with the old packaging (Ligero Especial). Thanks
