They have Poker tourneys and major cigar manufacturers come out for promotions pretty often. Wonderful atmosphere to smoke and make new friends that show the same enthusiasm for a good smoke.

I traveled to K.C. last weekend. After a seven hour drive, I made Outlaw my first stop. The service sucked!

I lived in KC for a few years and remember when The Outlaw started business. I have always had a good experience with them and they have always been a first rate place,,,you might have caught them on a busy day as this is not indicative as to how they operate. After 7 hours of driving you might have been a bit tired and cranky yourself,,,I know after that many hours in a car I am not Mr. Congeniality.

Nope, they weren't busy at all. That's why it surprised me.

After making this post I sent an email to Kendell Culbertson, owner of Outlaw Cigars. I explained my disappointment with the service that I received during my visit. I promptly received a reply to my email from Mr. Culbertson expressing his apology and disappointment with my experience. This past Saturday I received an unexpected package from Outlaw cigars. Mr. Culbertson proved to me that Outlaw Cigars is committed to their customers and I will be happy to visit them the next time I visit K.C.

Glad they made it right, so many places just don't care anymore. I live in the state so I will be sure to go there when I'm around KC after reading this.
