Smoke Across Cigar Live KS/MO Members

Fellow Kansas and Missouri members, if you havent seen the Smoke Across Cigar Live thread, please see below.
We should all get together for this somewhere in the KC area if possible.
If anyone has any ideas for a location please feel free to reply to this thread.
I know all of us have been talking about getting a local herf together and everyones schedules conflict, but this would be the perfect opportunity to really try and make it.

When: Saturday April 26th

Time: 8:00 PM Central time

Ok folks here is the deal. This is going to be more than just sitting in front of a computer having a Virtual Herf!

The main reason Stogie made and started CL was to bring people together in person, become friends and enjoy cigars with eachother!

So what I'm talking about is as many members from every area, town, city etc get together at the same time with as many computers, laptops etc. We will have the largest Herfs in cigar smoking history!

Think of it as a lot of Satellite Herfs connected to eachother thur Cigar Live!

This is why I am putting up a date that is over a month away. Gives everybody time to get things together! I don't want anybody to be sitting and smoking at a computer by themseleves!

So Statesman and other active members it is up to you to get members together in your area! Meet some new Cigar Livers, see some old friends, visit some great B&M or or local bars(wherever you can smoke)!

Dont drop the ball on this one. I want to see threads under every area section! Hell more than just one thread with details of where (we already know when and what time) your herf will be, and a list of members attending etc...!

The Houston gang will be where else but Rodusto's. Can't beet the size for something like this.

Don't forget to try and get as many computers, laptops, etc...as you can so we can all see who is where and with whom during the Smoke Across Cigar Live!

I can talk with the owner of The Outlaw and see if we could have a herf there. It has wifi and all the other goodies. Any thoughts?

I am checking into a location for the St. Louis people on this side of the state. I should know by early next week.

I hope we'll still be able to smoke at the Outlaw with that proposed smoking ban going to a vote in a couple weeks. It would be a tragedy to not be able to enjoy the lounge.

April 26 isnt too far away. Does anyone have anymore thoughts on this?
If the Outlaw is out of the question, do KC members think they could make it to Lawrence?

After looking, I dont think Centro will work because they close at 6pm and the Smoke Across Cigar Live event is supposed to take place at 8pm
