A little background about me I've been smoking cigars since the early 90's. You all the remember the days of fighting cock's. Never really tried alot of different brands, I simply stuck with what I liked. I mainly smoked hemi's, LaGloria maduro's and of course the infamous fighting cock.(which at first weren't half bad)

So now for sad part: I had a few humidors at the house and the locker at the B&M. So my humidors at the house I couldn't find the time to maintain. Since I had the locker paid for, most of my cigars went into the locker. I kept a few at the house to get me through a few weeks. Slowly I noticed the stock at the B&M diminishing. After a few weeks they had a new owner. After a year or so I paid for another year for my locker. About 2-3 weeks later they closed their doors. You guessed it my cigars were never to be seen again. I lost probably $300- 400 in cigars. Sickening isn't it no call or anything. I called the realtor and told her what had happened. Her response was" If I had over $500 I could fill out a police report then she would open the doors for them and my attorney." Completely discouraged I vowed give up the habit. It's been around 5yrs. now and one of the hardest things to do. Fishing, working in the yard, BS'n with the neighbor, is just not the same. Its like somethings missing.

PART II the good news: The GF bought me another humidor!!! We all know an empty humidor is a sin. While I have three that are filling quick. Yes I have my old stand by hemi's. Thought i would set them up 1 for the hemi's
1 for the maduro's and 1 for something new.

Welcome David! There's no better place to re-acquaint yourself to the fine art of appreciating cigars than good ol' Club Stogie. My advice is read, read, and then read some more (I'm still just scratching the surface myself).
