The Beer Sellar is a bar/hang out that hosts the Patry Source's weekly cigar events during the colder months because it is indoors (they do them at Party Source's patio during the warmer months). It is over near Newport, the barge next to Hooters on the KY side. Usually they have a rep from a different manufacturer with giveaways and raffles. Every Tuesday.
