 CS is a great place to learn about cigars, cigar culture, and the pursuit of happiness.  Lots of great information... but even better are the relationships that you will make. It has a real sense of brotherhood and a "pay it forward" philosophy that is hard to beat... and even harder to find many other places. You've had some guys here offer to send you cigars... don't be afraid, they are genuinely welcoming people.  Also, the invites to herf (a gathering of cigar smokers) are genuine. Hope you will find "the jungle" to be a warm and friendly place. Like most things in life... you get out what you put in. Only in the case of Club Stogie, it seems you can't outgive these gorillas!

Here's a link to The Humidor in Hunt Valley: http://www.humidour.com I'm a bit NE of Baltimore in Aberdeen, but this place is my favorite shop in the area.
The lounge is great, awesome people working and smoking there too. Check the 'calendar' tab, they've got a Bahia event Friday, Tatuaje Mar 8, CAO Mar 14, and 2 or 3 a month after that through April. Welcome to the jungle! I'm a bit |
