Please Explain "Cohibo" Joke

Hi BOTL:

So, I've been reading a lot of posts, and I've come across what seems to be a long-standing inside joke that I would love to be able to get.

Apparently "Cohibo" is used as some kind of code joke word. I don't know if it's in the sense of "Look at this loser saying cohibo, he doesn't even know how to say it properly," or what the deal is.

On a more serious Cohiba/Cohibo note. I saw a thread where someone referred to "red dot" and "black dot" Cohiba's. What do these distinctions mean? Where are the dots?

Cohibo= Fake Cuban Cohiba

The Cohiba Red Dot is a Dominican Cohiba (NC) that is not affiliated with the Cuban Cohiba (CC). They have similar bands, but the NC version has a red dot in the first O.
