Newbie Checking In
Hi All!
Some background... This past February is one year since I've quit smoking cigarettes, Yea!! ![]() In early April of this year, I found myself ducking into a tabbaconist on sunny (rainy) Bermuda. I meandered over to the humidor and found myself buying a Romeo y Julieta...well what can I say, love at first draw. Since then, I'm hooked! Fast forward to present... I brought my 50ct humidor out of retirement (smoked cigars way back when) and took a trip to my local shop, bought a Madelaine hygrometer and humidifier. And things are doing fine with my humidor holding between 68 and 72 percent humidity depending on such things as temperature and how many times a day I open it to look at my babies ![]() Yesterday, I took delivery of my new 300ct Salerno humidor from Tampa Humidors (shopping with these folks was a pleasure!) and so I'm off now to the accessories thread to inquire from the Gorillas here what to use in this 'beast' to humidify it! And then of course it will require stocking...ah, lifes little pleasures! ![]() I'm glad I found this site! Cheers to all Rob |
