Just wanted to introduce myself and comment on the fabulous site. I found it just in time to cancel the box of Thompsons I ordered (took about 10 min of reading here)

I'm from Fernandina Beach, FL (near Jacksonville), and I am a cigar noob. I recently purchased a humidor after acquiring several decent sticks as gifts. A co-worker left a Thompson catalog lying around, so I bought their basic humidor with 25 house brand. I actually thought they weren't bad until I got a hold of some decent snokes.

I've been reading a bunch here, and I think I'm going to put together a coolidor to house by burgeoning collection. I'm going to get in on the newbie sampler trade and PIF to expand my horizons.

I'm looking foward to being an active member.
