My name is Eric and I reside out here in "its a dry heat" gilber, az. When anyone says that, that means it HOT. Been reading the forums for a few weeks now and decided to jump in.

Really got started in the cigar "thing" a month or so ago. When we would do a guys night out, we would get some backwoods or swisher sweets and hang out at a coffee shop. About 2 months ago, I decided to get the "real" looking cigars at the pharmacy. They were TERRIBLE! Dry and tasted like cardboard. We smoked'em anyways but complained the whole time. We decided that the next time we go out, we would get some really nice ones. An Ashton Double Magnum later, I was hooked. Got the humidor (120 cnt), torch lighter, cutter, and some cigars.

The wife only lets me smoke twice a week... outside. Yes in the heat. I do anyways and enjoy every minute of it.

Mainly looking at samplers to figure out what I like. So far I have liked the Perdomo Fresco's, Punch, had a tasty Camacho the other day and enjoyed a Nub last week. Got about 10 more different kinds in the humi and 20 more on the way.

Looking forward to help on the slope!

I'm a former Tucsonan.. I do miss that state quite a bit, although Cock Country has it's privileges (SEC Football > PAC 10 Football)

It does also have it's drawbacks (PAC 10 Hoops > SEC Hoops)
