Another newbie from So Cali
Hello all!

My name is Chris. I live in Southern Cali, La Mirada to be exact. My friends got me started in smoking cigars. Once every month - month and a half, we would have a cigar and coffee. This past week, I broke down and bought a humidor (I am having problems stabilizing it). I have one lonely stick in there, I just received an order that I ordered online, so there will be 6 more cigars to join it. I am totally new to cigars. Every once in a while I go to Cigar Times in Cerritos to relax with a cigar.

This site looks awesome, in the way that members help each other and the advice that the FOG's give the newbies.

See you around the boards, and hope I can contribute in any way taht I can.

Chris, do a search for humidor set up and you'll find tons of info. Take the time to read and intake as much as you can as slowly as possible
We'll have to hook up at Cigar Times sometime. That sounds like a neat place and I just found it existed yesterday through this site. My Fiancee is not going to like that I found this place

I stumbled onto this place entirely by accident. It is near somewhere where I eat on a regular basis. It is totally laid back. It's a no frills kind of place. We will most definately have to meet up
