My name is Bob and i am from Columbus Ohio. I am a recent college grad down in Columbus for work. I anjoy working, The Cleveland Browns, Golf, Cars, Racquetball, and Gin & Tonic.

Guys i cannot thank you enough for the warm welcome.

It's nice to meet a great group of people who share a love for pure enjoyment!!!


As far as the collection, someone had mentioned the thompson samplers.

The humidor came with 100 thompson mid-low brand churchills. I bought it because my 20ct humi was GETTING FULL FAST!!!

The rest of the collection has been made through various samplers, local stores, local events (CAO reps it hard in Columbus), and the love of singles that friends have given me.

Its funny, y;know, i think it's safe to say that we all started out with a small humi and a couple of cigars.... but the love of the "puff" makes our collections grow big and fast.

i honestly started collecting/smoking in early june.... so about 4.5 months, i just became dedicated early and smoked often.... like i said, i'm bred from a family who enjoys/respects the love of cigars... it's almost a rite of passage for me. and i'm damn proud to be here!

Alittle more about me. I like to put it this way.

My top smokes.... thus far:

1. Maria Mancini Maduro - in love since "puff" one
2. CAO gold Maduro - in my eyes, CAO is the "nike" of cigars... but for good reason - QUALITY
3. Gurkha Masterblender/select Got it in a sampler... love at first smoke!!!
4. ONYX reserve - all around amazing from draw to finish!!
5. Flor de Oliva Maduro Torpedo - everyday smoke, perfect for 3 bucks
6. CAO Italia - it tastes and smells like a cigar store
7. Cusano 18 - recommended by a friend, simply irresistable
8. Macanudo 1968 - got them in their 3 pack bargain, AWESOME!!!
9. LA Gloria Cubana - another recommended smoke - superb
10. CAO Cameroon - simply soft and smooth


anyway guys, thanks for having me!

and to the locals, where in columbus do you buy/smoke!??!?!?!?

I've been to The burning leaf, the twisted vine (i live in grandview), and smokers haven... ALL AWESOME!
