Hello guys, most of you have seen me by now, but I just noticed this forum and said what the heck.

Well, I was born in Grosse Pointe, MI. My parents moved to Warren about 2 and 1/2 miles away. I went through elementary, middle, and most of high school. I'm in the 12th grade and I'm going to graduate on May 22nd.

Hoping to go to college and get a Bachelor's in Culinary Arts/Pastry Arts.
I've been called a great cook many times.

Trying to find a job, but we all know how bad the economy is right now, so businesses can't afford to hire.

Um, I'm hoping to move out and find a place of my own after I have a good amount of income. Graduate college, and become a chef at a good restaurant. After a while, maybe open my own Southern Cooking/BBQ Restaurant.

Live a nice relaxing life & have some good cigars!

Welcome brother... although, like you said, it feels like I already know you. I have some experience in the restaurant business and have been to CIA for the summer institute a couple of times. I also compete in BBQ competitions. Chech out http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum for some great Q expertise. Several of the guys there are on here as well.
