Hey Jeff,
I'm also from Minnesota (though I live in England right now). Welcome to the board. I think you'll find it a great community. Where in MN are you from? Do you ever go to Tobacco Grove in Maple Grove? It is a great shop with good space to smoke and even play poker. I like to visit there whenever I visit. Anyway, welcome to the board, it's good to have you here.

I live right in downtown St. Paul and have lived here for 16 years now. Grew up in the northern burbs. I have 3 places I hit up for my cigars when in need - Stoogie's on Grand, J.R. Fielding's, and the Perfect Ash. All within 10 minutes and all have great selections.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the reply, I'm going to be in MN for a day in July, which of those shops would you recommend if I could only go to one? I might try to swing through one if I can make the time. By the way, make sure to sign up on one of the regional groups. The last time I checked, the MN one had no members. I might sign up there even though I don't live there right now.

I would recommend J.R.'s place if looking to hang out with your smoke. Otherwise, if your just shopping, I'd hit up Stoogie's on Grand. They have a bit more of the speciality cigars on the shevles there.

If your looking to hang out with a smoke then J.R.s place is what I would recommend. But if looking to do some quick shopping, Stoogie's on Grand has a bit more to offer as far as speciality cigars.
