Another Tennesseean Joins the Mix
Greetings from chilly East Tennessee.

I've lurked over here for a while and just registered last night. I am also a sporadic member of Cigar Family, Cigarpass & new at StogieChat. I've had my head so far buried in paperwork and the day-to-day running of a retail tobacco store for the last several years, that I feel like I've started to lose touch with what it really means to be a cigar lover. Time to rethink my priorities.

I've founded my shop on Sept. 5th, 1997. It's been the most amazing 10 years, and I can't imagine going back to work for anyone else... ever. Because of my first part-time employee, I met my future wife (he's now my father-in-law). And the countless hundreds of friends I've made in, and out, of the business has been a true blessing.

I like: Jazz, golf, cigars, good beer, good coffee, food, UT Football, Corvettes. I don't like: Our obsession with celebrities, people who complain about $3.00 a gallon gasoline, and people who think the government should take care of our every need.

Anyhow, time to grab a shower and get ready for another day in the cigar biz. Glad to be here... and hope to contribute on a fairly regular basis.
