Hello everyone.

My name is Piet de Groot (but don't try and pronounce that, it'll only give you a splitting headache).
I live in a small village called Nieuw Lekkerland, near Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
Been smoking cigars for about half a year now on advice of -of all people- my cardiologist.
He was right ofcourse, I really do enjoy the relaxing that cigars give me.

I have been smoking all kinds of nice cigars since then, mostly the lighter ones like Zino's, Don Diego's and Balmoral Dominican selection for my daily smoke and all kinds of others on my weekends.
Since the price of cigars in the US is considerably lower as in Europe, I import most of my cigars from there.
I have been a teacher for 25 years now, teaching kids in the age of 14 to 17 in the fine art of painting, signmaking and spray painting.

The main reason for wanting to join your forum was the fine things I heard about it on a number of podcasts.
I regularly download most of them and listen to them on my way to work.

Thank you for reading this introduction and I hope to post and read much more in Cigarlive.

Sure, no problems there, it sounds exactly the same, it is the "de Groot"-bit that calls for Asprin after a few tries.
