Cigars in London England

Well hey, cool forum you have here!

I recently inherited a selection of aged partagas from my grandfathers humidor and decided to see what all the hype was about

On a recent trip to London uk I found a delightful little shop called Sautter in the middle of sleepy Mayfair - was so quaint... apparently Churchill used to live upstairs - cant get much more British than that



Oh.. and can somebody suggest a good cigar to get started with? These Partagas look too posh to smoke...thanks.

Welcome. You found the right site. Always good to have someone from across the pond frequent this site. We have a few Brits here.
Couple of hints for you. This site is an American run site and since it is illigal to import Cuban cigars into the USA, I would be cautious about posting links to sites that sell Cubans.

There is a Habanos area where you can post discussions about Cubans as long as you don't talk about where to get Cubans.
I'm sure one of the mods will move this post over there in short time.

You can also post an introduction in the New Puffer Fish section if you feel inclined.

Sorry to throw a lot of rules at you. This is indeed a very comfortable place to be at with many great members who are more than generous with their knowlege, and/or stogies..
