Now you know who I am...
I'm 34, started smoking cigars with some friends that are military a few years ago. Just built my 1st humidor.

I'm a stay at home dad, former construction manager. I build custom rock crawlers, motorcycles, barstool racers, ect, flyfish, and drink beer.


I like holding hands and long walks on the beach...
Turn on's: hot bewied chicks, cold beer, custom rides
Turn off's: Throttle blipers, posers, know it all's

edit: I forgot to mention I'm an accomplished BBQ artist.... smoked salmon, pork, beef, chicken, alligator (Cajun smoked), homemade bacon, ect. I have even made my own "bacon steaks" from pork but (boned, brined, cold smoked, sliced and fried)

Fried it tastes like chicken.

We put them in the pit and smoked-em with oak. Then slather some cajun sauce on um. They have the texture of a very tender, tender loin and have the taste of a mild fish.
