I Thought I Should Say Hello.
I'm a new smoker, so I probably have very little to contribute. I registered mostly to keep track of threads I've already read, but I'm not shy.

I smoked cigarettes for twenty-something years before quitting 7 or 8 years ago and I think this is why I enjoy the stronger(darker?) cigars. I really like the Oliva Serie "V" Ligero Especial I had, so the local tobacconist suggested a few maduros and a cameroon. One of which I will enjoy tonight - I can't decide between a Casa Magna and a Padron. I only smoke a couple of times a week (until I find a cheaper smoke).

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello, so, hello!

It was the Casa Magna... I think I got a bad one. Very uneven burn after about 3/4", hard to keep it going. But the flavor was nice. I'm going to try Casa Magna again, but a different shape next time.
