A good cigar after 7 and i don't get a wink of sleep. Anyone have the same problem.
It's 21H24 in South Africa and im contemplating having a smoke, but know i'll end up falling asleep at the office tomorrow. What the h#ll i'm just going to go for it. Cheers |

Totally worth it and yes I can have similar sleep problems if I smoke a fuller bodied stick right before bed.
