Hey. I'm John. I'm originally from Dallas, Tx, but live in Madison, MS. I'm 20, and am halfway through my sophomore year in college, majoring in psychology with a minor in business. During the past couple days while my registration was being reviewed, I have been reading lots of posts on this forum, and ya'll seem like nice, friendly, helpful guys (and maybe 2 girls). Anyways, about me... I have smoked cigarettes since I was about 13, and just very recently quit. I smoked my first cigar with my cousin a couple of years ago while sipping some nice bourban. It was a Nicaraguan, but I dont know what brand. I absolutely LOVED it. Between then and now I smoked a few more cigars, and just recently smoked another good Nicaraguan maduro(cant remember the brand of it either) and loved it too. I am the type of person that loves to gain as much knowledge as possible about things that I am interested in. Now, I'm interested in learning as much as I can about cigars, trying as many different ones as possible in my lifetime, and hopefully one day opening a cigar shop of my own. I've always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but have never known what kind of business I wanted to start. Now I know, though. Well, I cant wait to meet all of you and talk about cigars.

Feel free to leave any questions, comments, or advice for a rookie cigar smoker.

Looks like no need to advise you to get a bigger humidor if you are opening your own shop. Maybe open a bigger shop hehe.

Yea Habana is where I usually go. It's a really nice place and atmosphere is great.

Seriously....this is a great group, I have been on here for about a month and been cigarin' for about 2 months............this is by far the most welcoming forum on the 'net and it just happens to be on pipes and cigars.....OKOKOK Its probably because it is on pipes and cigars I love that smilie
