Greetings from Columbia, SC. I have been a long and avid fan of the finer things in life but have recently had to curtail some of my extracurricular activities due to life changes and time. Cigars however are a great hobby and as with all hobbies it's not only the end point that is satisfying but the pursuit. By that I mean talking with fellow B/SOTL and searching for hard to find or new cigars, tending the cigars and building humidors or other crafts is as much fun as smoking them. I know that some may scoff, but I for one love to fiddle with my sticks! Rotating the cigars, fussing with the humidor, humidifier, hygrometer and lights, testing each cigar in a box at a different percentage RH...too anal?..NO! Too fun say I!
I tend to smoke all kinds from dog rockets to once a year smokes, mild to full body. Yes, I do like harsh smokes...as I said, it's the experience and the pursuit that I value as much as the smoke itself.
I am glad to have found a fellowship here and hope to cross paths and light matches with you all at some point.
