Scott: Thanks for the welcome! Have you tried punch cutting any chisels? I was too chicken that I would ruin mine so I just shaved the edge off a bit. I know those dbl ligeros are supposed to be overwhelming, but after a nice, hearty dinner I also found it flavorful and not too much. Hmm... this is making me want to go get one....
