hi folks. my name is trevor, i'm 28 and from denver co. the title stating n0ob is no joke. my good friend ryan, on these forums he is mindflux, came out to denver recently to participate in my wedding and brought a few cigars with him. we enjoyed them with a fantastic anniversary arogant bastard(thats a beer) and i was impressed. well he left one behind for me and i had it a few days later, alone on the porch reading a book with another beer. i don't think i'd been that relaxed in years.

well cuz of that i have found my joy. so far i have only bought 2 cigars, cheapies, but i'm still enjoying myself. any recommendations would be appriciated. i'm not the most fantastic at introductions so if theres anything else you would like to know then let me know

Welcome aboard Trev I'm glad you liked the SLR Serie A (2003). It's quite a popular stick here.

Be prepared for what is known as 'the slide'. Which referrs to the never ending purchase of cigars and cigar accessories many folk (including myself) fall into.

Make sure to check out the Bombs/Trades area. They always have a great Newbie Sampler thread going.

Hey Trevor, welcome. I am new to cigars as well-I've been told to start with medium flavor and build up to full flavor. Right now my favs are Hemingways Short Story and R&J Vintage 3-I had some tasty Davidoff Millenium Blend-but they are a bit pricey-more for a special occasion.

Have fun in the jungle-I don't know what that slippery slope is that they all talk about-can't imagine...
