Wow all, thanks for the warm welcom... To answer a couple of questions...
In Altoona here, about midway between Harrisburg and Pittsburgh. And if I have to worry about flooding here where I live... a good chunk of the east coast has to worry about a lot more One of the advantages of hillsides.
