"TOA" is complete!

What exactly is “TOA”? Well, its military speak for “Transfer of Authority”. You have all been introduced recently to new members, including myself, that have been turned onto CS by LT Rich. As the new arrive and the old return home, there is a transfer of authority. The official ‘military TOA’ happens early next week, but the more important TOA was completed just hours ago. LT Rich is saying good bye to Afghanistan and he has turned over the COOLADOR to me. I promise to take care of it, feed it, baby it and once I leave, properly turn it over to the next group.

LT Rich and all of his comrades are American Hero’s and should be treated as such; they have given their time and sacrificed much in the name of liberty and freedom. We thank them all for their service. LT Rich and all of the cigar lovers that are leaving will be remembered with every smoke in the TIKI HUT.

I am certain that you will all be introduced to more members at CS that will list their current location as Afghanistan. We will be here for a year and look forward to making friends and learning more about cigars.

I wish you all the best of luck and i hope you come back home with the same numbers that you arrived with. That cooler has kept many soldiers moral high, so treat it right and the members here at CS will make sure it treats you right!

As far as a resupply, the cooler is runnig pretty low due to some recent smoking activities. We may need to put together a mission to fill 'er back up to correct form!

LT Glad your going Home and Thanks again for your service. I have sent a PM to edwin and we have a group gathering this weekend and we will be sending donations for the Coolador!! I will post all the Contributers when we send our package...I know others have done this in the past and I would suggest those of us who have not sent to the Coolador therer is no better time then the Celebration of the Freedom of our country!! It is going to be Hot here in Mid Missouri this weekend but nothing like Edwin and Lt have been having!!

PS- Our group will also be sending some pipes and Tobacco!! Keeps everything smelling better!

Hey hey hey now... Bullets and Beans might be an NCO resposibility, however what do you think us officers do while you all are worrying about the troops? We smoke cigars of course! I think the Coolador was right down officer ally! I am sure Top will be able to handle the responsilbility, however.
