Greetings From Florida
Hey Everyone....
I've been lurking around here for a couple of months and finally decided to give it a shot. CS seems to be one of the friendlier forums. My name is Joe and I reside just south of Daytona Beach, Florida. I'm 50 or thereabouts; I forget exactly. I enjoy my work, my family and friends as well as fishing and occasionally playing pool. Oh, yeah and I truly enjoy my 2 stick a day habit and addiction. I been smoking cigars seriously for about 15 years and enjoy it very much. I'm pretty set with my smokes these days which include AFDC, AFOX, Padrons and a few other favorites. I rarely try the newer stuff as cigar time, for me, is to be enjoyed and not frustrated with smoking something I'm sorry I tried. I keep it at two sticks per day so I don't like to waste my time with dog rockets or what ends up being a dog rocket. Perhaps it's very fiftyish so I guess I'm boring. I store my cigars in two six foot humidors and seven 5 to 7 drawer humidors (aging) plus one desktop for my dailys. Not trying to brag but it's just that after 15 years, you come to accumulate cigars and who can refuse a good deal. I'm not particularly into trading as I try to maintain the integrity of my stash. I don't want to risk bringing in any critters. I do most of my purchasing in the winter months as I feel it's safer for transport from out-of-state vendors since the weather is cooler. It's less likely for things to happen in the winter than sitting in a 110 degree UPS truck for a few hours over the summer months. Phew... I'm done; now I'll get down. I'll try to contribute as time permits. Thanks for a great forum and I want to wish all of you an absolutely fantastic week. ![]() |

Greetings from Southern Canada.
Do you have any pics of those two 6 foot humidors? Good cigar **** is always appreciated in and around the jungle.
