Whats the story behind everyones member name?

Combination of a nickname and my favorite number from sports as a kid. Wulf + 9, plus its the first username I ever used, so its here to stay now.

Mine comes from the new world's first mystery. To cut a long story short (slight Fuente pun intended), in the late sixteenth century, Sir Walter Raleigh was given a charter to establish the first English colony in the new world. He founded the colony of Roanoke and, on returning from his third (I think) trip to England, he found the colony abandoned and the hundred plus men, women, and children who lived there gone.

It appeared as if they had only moments before picked up and left, with the only clue as to their disapearance being the word "croatan" (or "croatoan" depending on the account) etched in a tree.

I've used this name for everything and anything on the internet since i was 12 or 13.

Yes I know it's spelled wrong.
Yes I know it's dumb.

It just brings me back to a simplier time with less responsibilities.

Actually my nametag is sorta interesting. I get people asking me about Colgate the school and Colgate the toothpaste but the fact of the matter is I picked up the name perusing a list of top corporate strategic marketing blunders.

Colgate introduced a toothpaste in France called Cue, the name of a
notorious ***** mag.

Colgate tried to break into the Latin American market only to discover Cogate' in Spanish roughly translates to GO HANG YOURSELF. Seemed a perfect handle for sparring in political threads. Alas there is no need for such rough language here. But I kept the name anyway.

Colgate, remembering my Marketing classes, didn't Chevrolet have a hard time marketing the Nova in Mexico. After realizing the problem, changed the name to something else because in Spanish "No Va" translates to "No Go" not a real good car name.
