In case the avatar didn't give it away...

Linus Van Pelt is Charlie Brown's philosophical friend in the comic strip Peanuts.
He is basically Chuck's go-to guy. Whenever Charlie can't pitch, Linus takes over (and usually wins the game). He's basically better at everything Charlie Brown tries, but he's not the type to rub your face in it.

I use it for all kinds of websites, and am always surprised that it is not taken.

I get into a few online football pick'em games, so if you ever see it -that's me.

My all time favorite movie is Jeremiah Johnson. Bear Claw Chris Lappe is the old mountian man that teaches J.J. the ways of the mountain. He was played by Will Geer of The Waltons and is one of my favorite characters in any film.

There was a coin op game called Galaga that was popular in the '70s. Then there was a shareware game for the Amiga computer by a guy in Sweden, Edgar Vigdal that showed off the graphics of the Amiga and was perfectly paced. I wore out two joysticks playing that dadgum thing.

I chose flipflop because I figured at herfs the Asian guys would have trouble saying it.
