I have heard about this idea, but it's not resonable for me just yet. Like I said, I'm in college, so there's little room in my dorm for much of anything. Also, another aspect of being in college is small amounts of disposable income.

So, I really don't plan on having a huge stash as I don't smoke THAT often. I actually ended up ordering one of the small glass top Holt's special for $20. I don't have room or money for many sticks right now so it should work ok for the time being. Once I get some real money and a real housing setup, then I will be in the place to get a coolidor. Thanks for the tips, I just haven't reached that neccessity level just yet!

also, another note...my sig isn't appearing on my screen? Sigs work slightly different here than other boards I'm used to but I uploaded a pic I'm just not seeing it???

Good news! A friend of mine here at school is flying home for a race weekend in South America tomorrow and has access to Cohibas. I'm too new, but my humi will be in by the time he's back and he offered to snag me some! Any recommendations? I've read some mixed opinions on Cohiba, but I'll take what I can get.

There are [SIZE="4"]a lot [/SIZE]of fakes out there, especially in South America. I wouldn't pay much for them at this stage of your smoking career.

I'm getting an estimate from him, but I wouldn't pay a ton like you suggested. I'm pretty confident whatever he's getting is legit, his family is very wealthy (flying him home for a weekend to run his racecar) and he's already bringing himself a box of #5 back, so he says.

I forget exactly where he's from...south or central America I believe.
