Hello all my names Kevin and I am from the frozen tundra of Canada.

I have been smoking gars since my late teens now in my early thirties - always smoked singles. Had a good day or wanted a smoke and would pick them up from local shop and smoke on the way home never anything serious until recently.

One of the two local shops decided to close this coinsided with some friends bringing me some treats back from as you say ISOM (I think thats it). Needless to say it has been a slippy slide slope over the past 3 days. Bought a display humidor from the closing out sale and as as many gars as my conscience (girlfriend) would allow.

I am currently seasoning my first box (thanks for all the tech knowledge) and am salt testing a digital hydrometer (thanks again) from the local Wal-Mart. This hopefully will hold me till first order from "Viper" comes.

I must thank you all the 20 + hours I have spent lurking while watching my Humidor season have been more enjoyable and informative then years of casual smoking, reading the odd mag, and talking about cigars.

I hope I can give back to others as much as you all have already given me.

I a little knowledge about my self small biz owner, lacrosse nut, proud Canadian, and newly minted cigar lover.

Sorry we are not trying to - we just have so much we can't contain it within our boarders.
