Hey all. I have been an off and on smoker for a number of years now and have smoked everything from cigars to hookahs. (Getting grandma to smoke the hookah still ranks as the #1 smoking experiance!) Anyways, after getting thru college on the get a smoke when you can afford it plan, I have re-stoked my interest in cigars and have discovered this forum and wanted to introduce myself.

After spending... quite literally all 8 hours of work yesterday reading these forums and trying to figure out; what a bomb is, what the heck is a botl, what is a NC and any variety of other acronyms. (I found all those answers btw!) I am simply in awe of the amount of information posted here and the way fellow gorillas treat each other.

More on my story.. Being the proper newbie that I am.. after rekindling my interest in cigars, I went and did quite possibly the worst thing ever. I ordered a Humidor combo from Thompsons.

Now.. the humi is quite nice, but the 100 cigars that were stuck in it are well.. not. I have managed to give/throw away all the ones that I couldn't tolerate and the others have made tolerable golf companions. I am now left with a desolate 150ct humi with zero idea as to how to start filling it, so any friendly suggestions are more then welcome. The only gars I can offer to base sugestions on Partagas Black label, Toranos reserva select, and Macanudo Maduro, as these are the only ones I have purchased often enough to remember.

Anyways.. that was a long hello! I look forward to interacting with the community here and learning what I can. I have also begun exploring this devil know as cbid...

I thought that perhaps your name was "George" with a title like that. Welcome.
