I thought this place had closed down, do they still have there own blend or do they have regular production cigars?? I personally dont like there blends.

They just opened about 2 months ago. There was another cigar shop at this location that had been there for years, and was run down. The new owner renovated the whole shop. They have their house cigars and regular production cigars.

I will definetly have to go pay a visit thanks for the info I remember when the previous owner use to roll the cigars right on the spot.

I new here.....so I'm sorry if I'm reviving an old thread.

I was recently in NY and had the pleasure of stopping in Andres Deleon cigars. It was a great little shop and andy (the owner) was very welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing and during all of my lengthy visits 3 or 4....usually 7pm to close...about 8ish, thanks for staying late!), there was a steady stream of regulars who stopped in to chat and smoke.

The shop had a decent selection of cigars and the owner very informative.

Although I was the new guy on the scene, I was privy to alot of the humor and inside jokes and stories that come with the atmosphere of a small shop.

I was even invitied to attend an exclusive gathering of smokers, for a members only type of event (even though I couldn't attend, for personal issues).

This is a great shop. If you find yourself in the Ridgewood/Glendale section of Queens...it's definately worth a stop.
