Great shop with very nice and large walk-in humidor and lounge are. Great selection of cigars as well as pipes, pipe tobacco, accessories, and imported cigars.

Went of a trip over winter break with some friends visiting relatives in Saratoga Springs and New York City. This cigar shop and the Wine Bar of Saratoga was the highlight of the entire trip. Coming from Duluth, MN this was the nicest cigar shop I have ever been too. Great selection of cigars and very helpful staff.

I'm from Saratoga and go there quite often. The staff is, as you said, very helpful. Bought a big humidor there for father's day.

I've stopped in there a couple of time, nice selection of cigars, but pricey.

Should be pointed out that their lounge, is limited to members only. They rent lockers and only those that rent can use the lounge is what I was told verbally. That plus the big MEMBERS ONLY sign at the entrance to the lounge is what tipped me off

You can always buy a cigar there and go across the street to the Wine Bar to smoke it though

Visited Park Lane Tobacconist in early July. Picked up an Oliva V Double Robusto and headed over to the SPAC to see a concert. Had the cigar while waiting in line. I found the selection to be quite good and the staff was really friendly.

That's odd, their lounge(actually some nice chairs and a couch in the shop) in Clifton park is not members only, as long as you buy the cigar there you can smoke it. There is a cutting fee if you bring your own.

It is now called "James and Sons Tobacconists" and the selection is great!

They have both public and private smoking lounges and I have found the staff there VERY helpful.
