Saratoga Springs - James and Sons Tobacconists

This store is a definite must for any cigar enthusiest in the area. The selection of both mainstream and boutique cigars is awesome, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the smoking louges are very comfortable.

James and sons has a public smoking lounge in the front of the store, with and additional private members' area in the back. Membership comes with a private humidor locker and great discounts.

Full disclosure: I am a member at James and Sons and I have never been to a cigar store like this! The members there are great and are always looking to welcome a new face (and a new cigar)!

This looks like the park lane tobacconist. did they change ownership or name?


Ahh just checked the website. Park Lane Tobacconist looks like the Clifton Park location and James and Sons is Saratoga. They used to be under one brand...interesting.

My girlfriend's friend Nate works at James & Sons. He's an extremely friendly and knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend J&S...
Every time we go upstate to visit I always make it a point to stop off at (the now titled) James and Sons.

This time of year it is especially nice up at James and Sons. The front of the lounge has one of the best views on Broadway. Great way to enjoy a cigar and watch the world go by.
