+ Have y'all ever tried Dominican birthday cake? It is always the center of any Dominican celebration because it is AWESOME. It is baked with a fruit filling inside, frosted with meringue, and is airy, moist, and delicious. A sweet tooth will be necessary at this shindig, that's all Im sayin'

+ Scotch and chocolate - ITS ON! Ive been doing my research and have already spoken to a few knowledgeable chocolatiers about proper scotch/chocolate pairings. According to the experts Ive spoken to, chocolate is (surprisingly) one of the best things you can pair with scotch (besides cigars of course!) And Lord knows I looooove chocolate...

+ Must say thank you again to Tony for asking Francisco to be the cigar roller at my party. Francisco is from Tamboril, Santiago in the Dominican Rep., home of the best cigar rollers in the world. Need I say more!?
