I finally splurged and got these, after all, I heard they were SOOO great.
Yes, I'm kidding, this whole post is sort of a joke. I got these mainly to give my little sister for her graduation from college. She thinks cigars are gross, but she likes Kahlua. After UPS FINALLY came today, I couldn't resist trying one, mainly from morbid curiousity, but it's also beautiful out today and I don't really have time for a real cigar. These little tiny guys actually have caps, so I faithfully cut on the rounded part, went out side and... _TRIED_ to take a draw. No luck. Tried a few more times. Nothing. Maybe I should have just chopped the whole end off, hoping for a slightly larger opening. Since I had nothing to lose, I squeezed at the end with reckless abandon and yanked a few bits of tobacco out to try to loosen things up. Got a bit more smoke, enough to laugh at the whole experience. By this time I had strange brown sticky stuff on my fingers. It's like the tobbaco is mixed with molasses and coffee flavor before being wrapped up - probably part of the reason I had trouble getting the smoke through. As far as the taste? It was pretty much what I expected. I could taste the Kahlua flavor more on my lips than in the smoke. The smoke just tasted like cheap, nasty tobacco. I laughed some more, enjoyed the sun for a minute, and threw out the other half of the stick. Anyhow, hope this was amusing. Don't go buying any of these unless you find yourself in similar circumstances ![]() |
