Habanos Torres 20 year robusto Review

So I picked this one up after work this evening. It was complex as hell. Rich, oily maduro wrapper sang to me. The first one I picked nearly caved my forehead in trying to get a draw. Tim replaced it with a better drawing cigar. This one drew nicely. It lit up and Tim told me this was going to be spicy. I wouldn't say it was really spicy. The flavor profile was like the beautiful love child of a Bolivar Petite Corona and a Partagas Serie D No. 4. It was dericious and drew well until the last 3/4" where it just wouldn't draw any more. I was sad to see it go out.

Yeah it was delicious, Tim said he'll probably start working on rolling yours up either tonite or tomorrow morning so I'm thinking ship on Monday morning.

Stopped by to see Tim while I was traveling for business this week in Phoenix. I bought 4 sticks including a 30 year old one. Each of the 4 cigars were the most money I have ever spent on a single cigar. ($15 - $25 each). I have yet to try them but they had better knock my socks off at those prices.

I dont think you will be disappointed, these are some of the smoothest smokes I have ever tasted. Not powerbombs, but a great mix of fine tobaccos. Tim has his blends down to a science. I have a couple of 15yr lanceros and a lone 30 yr corona resting. Thanks Matt for the great hookup!
