AVO #50 Perfecto Review

AVO #50 Perfecto 6 x 50/54

This cigar had awesome construction. Smooth, shiny wrapper.
Had a great draw up to last 3rd. I just rolled in my fingers lightly, and it opened back up.
I would put this one at more med of the mild/med category as flavor goes.
Flavor was complex, in that there was a lot there. The cigar did not change up a lot which was good in this case. It was good from first draw till the remaining inch.
Flavor profile to me was soft leather, very soft cedar, and pungent cocoa and nut. This one was full of creamy smoke, that coated the palate with a great finish of the latter.
This was my first AVO. I could kick myself for not already trying them.
I know these are more on the expensive side. However, if every one smoked like this one, they are worth it to have something you know will be satisfying.
It only had one small burn issue after an ashing, but quickly corrected on its own.
I hate that this one is over. I can still taste the nice blended after taste.
I need to thank SvilleKid for making this experience possible.

Score on smokey's scale:

Appearence: 10
Construction: 9.5
Burn: 8.5
Draw: 9
Taste: 9.5
Complexity: 2 of 5
Subjectivity: 45 of 50

Total: 93.5

Re: AVO #50 Perfecto

Great review, Tim.

Glad you enjoyed the stick. I have neglected these in the past myself, just recently starting trying to add enough of them to my humi to age a little.

The one I gave you had very little age in my humi, so it is probably that they smoke as well fresh as they do aged! Maybe I'll hit you again in 6 months with it's brother, and you can re-visit the review!

Yeah those are some great sticks - the Domaine is the reason I fell in love with Avos. Great review!!

That would be very kind. Not required though. I am scouring the internet as we speak.
