Fuente Fuente Forbidden Serie Robusto Uno, 2005

Ok, this is my second review, so forgive my novelty. Please fill me in on ways to improve.

After joining the CS family, I decided I would start writing reviews about the few rare cigars I have.

Ill give you some background. Last year, I was playing poker in California. I won over 2 thousand dollars. My wife said i could spend my winnings on whatever I wanted, so I smoked great cigars and saved some. I also gave a lot away.

So, for this review, I am obviously reviewing Fuente Fuente Forbidden Serie Robusto Uno, 2005. I am going to review and provide pictures.

The cigar comes in a cool coffin with a piece of foam in the bottom of the coffin to stop the cigar from shifting.

Once you open the cigar, the beautiful cigar wrapped in black is very eye catching. It's like seeing the evil you love.

Out of the box, the cigar is even more appealing. You can see the veins and how oily the wrapper is. The feel and look is nnnnniiiiiicccceeeee.

I was shocked also to see that the cap looks triple capped. I might be seeing things, but you can see for yourself.

Now, I begin smoking. The first taste was harsh and felt hot in the back of my throat. This was a shock, because when I smoked the Fuente Fuente Forbidden 2005 Panatella cigars, they where not so harsh at first. As the cigar began, the taste changed within the first centimeter. It calmed and smooth out tasting spicy and full bodied.

The cigar continued to mature in taste. The construction was also great.

As the cigar moved to the middle, the taste started to taste more leathery and smooth. The spice calmed down but did not disintegrate.

The cigar had three change points. As I just mentioned, the cigar maintained the leathery taste until the bottom third of the cigar. The bottom third of the cigar is where the cigar exploded with a more chocolate taste with a hint of spice, like a cup of peppermint pattie schnapps.

The best part of the cigar was the ending. The taste was so smooth and chocolaty I was in heaven. I only wanted the cigar to last longer, so I could enjoy it more.

In the end, the cigar was a great experience. I would rate the cigar a 9 out of 10. I think the previous forbidden i smoked was better. I highly recommend this cigar.

I don't think so, I think it's just dust or fibers.

Great review!

This is a question motivated perhaps by my lack of experience, but why does the coffin say 2005 while the band says 2006?
