Yes, please let them rest. They still have great flavor right off the truck, but in another 30 days or so, they are sooooo much better! I don't wait more than 5 minutes myself, but they do get better with a little time. I appreciate you guys trying the Taboo Twist. I smoke them everyday. (When I have them)
I tend to think the larger ring sizes have the most flavor. I personally prefer the Torps, but they are all good.

All I can say is these things go wonderfully with some good dark roast coffee (with Bailey's) and a brownie afterwards!
