Nice review James. Had one of the smaller cameroon ones on Friday with my dad golfing. The taste wasn't bad and burned great. Never touched it up at all on the course.

Re: Nub Cameroon Torpedo

My fav is still the Habano (only tried the 460 so far), the Cameroon just lacked taste altoghether. Have a Conn to try some day too, but don't think it will be more flavor than the Habano.

Wrapper issues on almost everyone, both from the sampler and the 460 Habano box. A few have made it without splitting, but they're a minority..

Fellow BOTLs who have been gifted Nubs have had the same problem with wrapper splits.. I hope it is just a case of ironing out the construction process and not a general flaw in big ring sticks, I like'em fat.

Re: Nub Cameroon Torpedo

Nice review! I have a few of these in Cameroon and Habano, but will let them rest a few months before I try them. I learned that a while ago with ring gauges of 60 or more, they often need a lot more time for the moisture to stabilize in order to burn better.
