Camacho Liberty 2005 11/18 Review

I've got a couple of these resting in my coolidor , so I decided it was time to try it . Construction - Nice looking , dark wrapper with a single vein , I don't know what the shape is but it was narrower at the foot and tip than in the middle . Pre-light , nice light tobacco scent - nice draw . Easy to light up . Starts off with plenty of smoke and strong tobacco taste . I was thinking it might be to strong but it started to mellow out after the first inch . I really started to enjoy this cigar , nice flavor - stays lit - had me drooling . I smoked it till my fingers got to hot to hold it . Very nice smoke - nice flavor and aroma . If you can find one give it a whirl and it will likely give you a whirl too . Got a nice light nicotine buzz from it . 3 more in the coolidor that won't last through the year . Paid about $11.00 on Cbid.com . Local B&M had them for $14.50 . Gotta love the Red , white and Blue on the band .

I have three of these resting right now, saving for special occasions. First is going to be on Christmas, second on my 15th wedding anniversary next May and the last will be on my 40th birthday in October.

I didn't like these much. I liked the 2004's a lot better, but the packaging is nicer on the 05's. As for the actual cigar they were ok at best, and the 15 bucks a pop is really only for the packaging and limited edition aspect. By no means are these a $10-15 smoke flavor wise.

Haven't Had a chance to try the Libirties Series and at $16-$18 a stick.I think I could hold off for a while,by the way nice reveiw.
