Rey Miguel Churchhill Review
A humerous note first. I recieved the box of cigars at work.
The box had " Hand Made by Cubans" stamped on the bottom. My friends were amazed ..Cubans? I told them yes, but the Cubans lived in Miami. I thought it was funny. ![]() A 7 x 50, this was smoked right off the truck, I think the cigar was a little humid. The cigar was firm and had nice construction, only a few small veins in the wrapper. A nice triple cap on the head. It took about an hour and 10 minutes to smoke. I couldn't take longer because it tried go out if I did. The burn was good , never needing a touch up. There was a constant pepper taste all the way through, increasing slightly at the end. The ash was mostly grey on the outside with little black streaks. The inside ash was a dirty brown/grey. It was smooth from start to finish, never harsh or bitter. I was really expecting more complexity, especially for the price. The smoke volumn never got above what I would call medium and I would call the cigar a medium body. I hope it gets better with a little rest. I'm curious about anyone else's experience with this brand. |

Re: Rey Miguel Churchhill
Thanks for the review. I have thought of pulling the trigger on a sample of these for some time. When you give them some rest, please post another review. Would like to know what you think.
