Famous Nic 1k & 3k Review

this is my first review , so bare with me.

i recently recieved a bundle of the famous nic 1ks from FS.com. i got the robusto size since i wasnt too sure if i could finish anything larger.
upon recieving them , i noticed they were a bit stiff, even after being in the coolidor for a week+. that being said , the draw on them was terrible. out of the 3 or 4 i smoked , only one had a nice draw. the rest was so-so at best. while i did pull out a decent smound of smoke , the effort wasnt worth it.
on the one that did smoke good , the taste was great. semi-consistant burn , great draw. overall , very nice smoke. smooth with hint of sweet. maybe they need more time in the coolidor. i still have quite a few more to go through , so it may have been the bad apple/s of the bunch. ill go through a few more , so ill update as i do.

onto the famous nic 3k.
i just got this in a pif from dccraft (thanks again btw!). much better than the 1k in my opinion. very nice , full smoke. smooth 'woodsy' spice taste, almost even burn all the way through. no wonder theyve been on back order for the longest. of the VERY few smokes ive had , it is one of my favs.

both of these have been accompanied by either amber-bock (since corona or heineken rarely goes on sale) or cranberry and vodka.

if there is anything i should elaborate on , please let me know.

Nice first review. Pics always help! Sounds like the 1000's need more rest or dry boxing. Try taking one out and putting it in an empty unhumidfied box for a day, then give it a shot.

Im with Bob on this one - try the dry box and post here again, will be interesting to see what you think.
