Perdomo Golf Eagle Review
Well another part of my recent CBid spending spree came in today. A boxof Perdomo Golf Eagles. Thought I would give one of them a shot to see how they would be right out of the mail. It was a beautiful cigar. Silky smooth wrapper nice and firm throughout and not a single vein in the whole thing. Upon cutting it with my Xicar I realised that it was a little squishy and migh be a little moist. The draw was also a little too tight for my liking. Once I toasted the foot this bad boy burned about the straightest I have ever had a cigar burn. Intially I was kind of surprised in the fact that there was not much flavor at all. Also just a little below average amount of smoke. This continued trough the first 2 inches of this cigar, great burn but very little taste or smoke. Afer the first 2 inches The flavor picked up just a little bit with hints of wood and al itte coffee but nothing overwhelming. Throughout the rest of the cigar this was about the same but the flavor did intensify I it progressed. I didnt nub this one though because it just did not have enough flavor for me to waste the time. I will let these things sit for a little while and see if a little nap helps them.
