taboo S F boot camp toro Review

Continuing my taboo weekend thanks to Kevin (savor the stick) who bombed me with a bunch of taboos when he saw my post.

Special forces boot camp.

Liking this stick. Liking it a lot. While not as full strength as the original I reviewed yesterday it is smoother and has more flavor. Very rich I would really like to try it in a slightly smaller ring gauge maybe the robusto. Well constructed. Slow burning. Cool burning. Great taste. A little harsh through the nose. This guy is begging to make my top 30. I've only had the one in the one size and can't give it a 4 yet. And I emphasize yet.

Great stick for the bucks. I may be joining the taboo lovers. Will most likely get me a sampler to try different ring gauge and the HSG and exotic blends. (not leaving off twist I'm saving that for after the game tomorrow.)

Legend rating. High 3 for now.

Got one of these from Longknocker and one from Mugen in bombs, still in the humi on advice that I should let them rest a bit. They smell AWESOME. Hints of coffee and a bit of cocoa. These puppies are big so I might smoke one tomorrow before my son ( 1 year old) gets home from grandpa and grandma's house). After that, time is non-existent.

[SIZE=3]Sean,
That one's been resting for about 3 months.

Glad you like it. You will like the service at Town & Country(Taboo) even better.

Re: taboo S F boot camp toro

I have placed two orders with Rob and due to the fact that I live at the end of the earth customer service and prompt shipping is essential for me and Rob hits it out of the park there.

The colder months are brutal on my cigar habit and I now have 60is sticks that will be sitting all winter so I have even more reason to want the snow to melt next year.

I got the SFO Torpedos from Rob last week. I'm going to give them a few weeks before I light one up.

Smoked one of those last weekend, and the flavor was wonderful. The burn was a little off, but the flavor! WOW! The burn was off due to being outside. I didn't mean to imply anything...

The burn will also get much better after a couple more weeks.

Re: taboo S F boot camp toro

Enoying the torpedo now.

Same great flavors. Still not sure this guy can make it to 4.

But I am thinking my rating system needs a tweek.

3 just encompasses too many cigars.
